Less than a year after its launch, Nikon’s inspiring DX-format SLR, the D7000, has won the category of 'European Advanced SLR Camera of the Year 2011-2012 at the EISA (European Imaging and Sound Association) awards. This follows up on the success of the same camera at the TIPA (Technical Image Press Association) awards, where it won ‘Best D-SLR Advanced’, and the red dot product design awards where it won a ‘red dot seal of approval’.
